With summer in full swing, we are sure that everyone is making plans for BBQ’s with their friends and family. And what’s the best part about summer BBQ’s? That’s right, all the yummy food! We would like to share with you some delicious recipes that you are sure to love this summer.

If you are looking for an appetizer with a kick, you are sure to love Stuffed jalapeno peppers wrapped in bacon. Make a slit in the Jalapeno pepper, fill it with cream cheese, wrap the pepper in bacon and cook till the bacon is crispy. This delicious appetizer is sure to be a hit!


For a crowd-pleasing meal try Grilled Shrimp tacos topped with avocado slaw and mango salsa. Doesn’t that sound like a winning meal for your next upcoming BBQ?


For fans of balsamic vinegar your mouth is about to water when we discuss this next recipe. Chicken Caprese. This meal is easy and it will be one for the books. Grill up some chicken breast for the bottom layer of this meal, then slice up thick slices of mozzarella cheese and juicy tomato. On the bottom you will have grilled chicken, the middle layer will be the mouthwatering mozzarella cheese and on the top will be the juicy tomato. For the final touch, drizzle balsamic vinegar over the top and eat up!


If you are looking to go more traditional on your BBQ menu, keep it simple with stuffed cheese burgers and bratwursts. When you are making up the hamburger patties place cheese in the middle for a cheesy surprise with every bite!
